Service Description

Outdoor group training in St Andrews Park. BST Park Training sessions will be Functional Circuit Training class, aiming to elevate HR and challenge cardiovascular fitness, improve whole body strength, and muscular endurance and will leave you feeling motivated, energised and burning fat for the rest of the day. Ideally, participants will bring their own mat and water bottle and any equipment used will be cleaned before and after each use.
